1. Diet high in saturated fat and limited starch.
2. Vitamin D3 and K2 supplements.
3. Eat two times a day
4. Water only fast once a week.
5. Remove sugar, grains.
6. Reduce pulses and fruits.
7. Vitamin D3 supplement along with Vitamin K2. Since Vitamin D deficiency causes carbohydrate craving. Vitamin K2 helps regulation of calcium.
